TICKET SALES FOR 2025 WILL OPEN ON TUESDAY 29TH JULY AT 10AM AEST
2025 PRIDE IN PRACTICE CONFERENCE

Our Full Conference & Corporate Table Passes include access to our On-Demand Platform, which means these ticket holders will have access to not only the in-person sessions, but recordings of all conference sessions which can be watched for up to 3 months. This means you will get access to up to 50 sessions across the 2 days, so you can choose which to attend in-person and which to catch up on post conference! There is also the option of purchasing 1 Day Passes.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can purchase an On-Demand Pass and watch all the recorded sessions for up to 3 months after the Conference.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
- All prices displayed exclude GST and will be added at checkout.
- Early bird ticket sales end on Friday 3rd of October 2025 at 4pm AEST.
- Ticket sales will close on Friday 7th of November 2025 at 4pm AEDT, unless sold out prior.
- On-Demand Pass sales will close on Friday 5th of December 2025 at 4pm AEDT.
- All On-Demand pass holders must provide their details in order to be sent a unique login to access the platform. These logins will not allow for multiple use at any one time unless a Group Licence has been purchased.
- The On Demand digital platform will be available for three months between 01/12/2025 until 28/02/2026.
- Full Conference Passes and Corporate Table Passes are transferrable and may be shared between a maximum of four (4) people. One Day Passes are non-transferrable and may only be used by one (1) person.
- Each Full Conference Pass includes access to both days of the 2025 Pride in Practice Conference and one (1) On-Demand Pass Single Licence (1 User | 3 Months Access).
- Each Corporate Table includes a reserved table in the Main Plenary Room, eight (8) passes which allow access to both days of the 2024 Pride in Practice Conference and one (1) On-Demand Pass Group Licence (8 Users | 3 Months Access).
- One Day Passes do not include access to the On-Demand Platform. On-Demand Passes may be purchased separately.
- MOB TIX: This is available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. Pride in Diversity offers Mob Tix to support increased engagement from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in line with ACON’s broader commitment to supporting and working in partnership with First Nations people.
- Any cancellations must be received in writing. For cancellations received before Friday 10th of October 2025, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations received between Friday 10th of October 2025 – Friday 24th October 2025, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided after this period.
