About the Pride in Practice Conference

The annual Pride in Practice Conference is the only national conference dedicated to LGBTI workplace inclusion. The conference, held in Sydney over three days from Monday 5th December – Wednesday 7th December, incorporates various streams of LGBTI workplace awareness and inclusivity.

Join over 150 people per day to hear from industry experts on best practice; gain insight into the award winning initiatives of the Top 20 Employers and network with industry peers.

Ticket pricing and registrations will be announced in September. There will be the option of purchasing individual day tickets, transferable three day tickets and corporate tables.

Following the overwhelming success of the 2015 conference, the event will once again be held at the Rydges World Square located at 389 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000.


Pride in Practice Conference delegates are entitled to a discounted rate of stay for accommodation booked between Sunday 4th December and Wednesday 7th December. To take advantage of this offer, please ensure you make your booking by Friday 4th November. After this date, prices may revert back to the full nightly rate.
